Urban Plantscapes LLC is a professional landscaping company with over 20 years of experience in the home and garden industry.
We proudly serve a diverse and expanding clientele, including residential, commercial, and municipal clients.
Established in Hoboken, New Jersey in 2003 and originally worked primarily in New York City and Northern New Jersey. We have since expanded with locations in Pittsburgh, New York City, Toronto and Washington DC metro areas. In addition to our four major markets, we also offer select services globally.

President
Evan Davis Santi, a native New Yorker (and Dual-Citizen), stands out as a seasoned Landscape Designer and Entrepreneur with a career that spans more than two decades. His academic prowess is evident through dual degrees in Ornamental Landscape Technology and Agricultural Business, earned at NC State University.
Evan is renowned in the green industry for his exceptional skill set, spanning the big three fields. His expertise is well-regarded in cultivating fruitful connections with affluent private residences, major global cities, and numerous Fortune 500 companies.
VP Sales & Marketing
Emily Masare has extensive expertise in customer service and building relationships and partnerships. Having lived on two contitents and being bilingual, Emily is able to work with a diverse range of clientelle, including the public and private sector.
Emily holds a graduate Degree from the Univerity of Dar es Salaam in Information Technology. Emiliy’s easy going personality allows her to thrive in team environments, espcially complex international landscaping projects.
Manager
Joseph LaGrand holds a graduate degree in Urban Planning from the esteemed Pratt Instutue in Manhattan. Joe is a tripple threat with his knowledge of design, community development and construction experience.
Joe’s resposibilities include sales, client management, property management and equiptment upkeep.
